Getting Started

How do I activate my WhereSafe account?

Click Here to begin the activation process, enter your activation code and select your service plan. 

We recommend using a computer on a google chrome browser to make life easy!

I have chosen my service and submitted my payment details, what next?

Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your order, we will send you an email to finish creating your account called "Order Processed" this contains the link to create your account. 

I have not received my Order Processed email, what now?

Please check your Junk/Spam folder within your emails if not email info@wheresafe.com. 

Where do I download the WhereSafe App?

How do I log into the WhereSafe App?

Use the credentials you have created which have been sent to the email address you signed up with. 

How do I change my WhereSafe settings and notifications?

You can change your settings when you are logged into the app or you can change them on our website on your My Account page.

How long do I need to wait for my device to appear in my account?

Once activated, please ensure your device is turned on and wait 10 minutes for it to appear in your account.
